Terms of Service

Agreement

By using IronClaw ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

IronClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI assistants. We provision a dedicated virtual private server for you, install and configure the OpenClaw software, and provide ongoing infrastructure maintenance.

You are responsible for:

• Providing your own API keys for AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.)
• Complying with the terms of service of those AI providers
• The content you create or process using your AI assistant
• Keeping your Telegram bot token and access credentials secure

Server Isolation

Your server is a dedicated virtual private server, fully isolated from other customers. You have exclusive use of your server's resources. We do not access your server or its contents except when required to provide support you've requested or to address security issues.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harm minors in any way
• Attempt to access other customers' servers or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes
• You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied
• We may change prices with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our infrastructure runs on Hetzner Cloud, and availability depends on their uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance when possible)
• Third-party service outages (Hetzner, AI providers, Telegram)
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. In summary:

• We don't store your API keys or conversation data
• Your server is fully isolated from other customers
• Data we do store is encrypted at rest and in transit

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
• Your server is deprovisioned and all data permanently deleted
• You should export any data you want to keep before cancellation

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI assistants may produce inaccurate or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content generated by your AI assistant before use.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
