Overview

IronClaw ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our AI assistant hosting service.

The short version: We don't store your API keys or conversation data. Your server is fully isolated. We collect only what's necessary to provide the service.

What We Don't Store

  • API Keys: Your Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and other API keys are transmitted directly to your server during onboarding and are never stored in our systems.
  • Conversations: Your chats with your AI assistant occur entirely on your dedicated server. We have no access to this content.
  • Files: Any files you share with your AI assistant are stored only on your server.
  • Telegram Tokens: Your Telegram bot token is written directly to your server configuration and not retained by us.

What We Do Store

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and billing information necessary to provide and invoice the service.
  • Server Metadata: IP address, server ID, and status information for your dedicated VPS.
  • Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

All data we store is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Server Isolation

Each customer receives a fully isolated virtual private server. Your server:

  • Runs on dedicated resources (not shared containers)
  • Has its own filesystem, completely separate from other customers
  • Is protected by its own firewall configuration
  • Can only be accessed by you through your configured channels

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Hetzner Cloud: Server infrastructure (Germany-based, GDPR compliant)
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Vercel: Website hosting

Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. When you cancel, your server is deprovisioned and all data on it is permanently deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@ironclaw.co.
